At RaShi’s, each piece is a unique, handcrafted design created with care and attention to detail.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, as our garments are one-off designer pieces.

We will gladly provide an exchange or refund only if the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description. Claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at rashi.collection2019@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Proof of purchase

• Photos and description of the issue

Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
